Job Description

Plush Events and Design is looking for an Office Administrator!

The right candidate will be willing and able to do:
- Scheduling and coordinating CEO and team's calendar for meeting and site visits 
- Maintaining the company's event calendars with accuracy and handling information with utmost confidentiality
- Answering client's inquiries on Instagram, Email and WhatsApp regarding our services and providing them accurate information
- Preparing quotations, invoices and contracts
- Following up with payments and client's request


Skills
We are looking for someone who has:
- Good knowledge in using a computer, computer based softwares
- Good customer service
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to perform a wide range of tasks
- Kind and nice personality
